My car went into Nova for repairs after the stone incident on Tonkin Hwy. The whole car was peppered with chips and dents. Thanks Nova, after an agonising 5 weeks (due to german shipping) I finally have my baby back and it looks better than when it left the showroom! The team were great dealing with me being a pest and my came back clean and shiny. I highly recommend sending your prestige cars to Nova! Apologies for the background of the pics, we are renovating!

After (stupidly) damaging the side of my car really badly I was directed to an RAC approver for a quote. They were quite dismissive and weren’t able to repair my car for a few months. So I did a google search and contacted Nova. They were professional, polite and helpful from the beginning (and didn’t make me feel like the idiot that I felt!) They not only managed to get my car assessed by the RAC quickly, but they managed to get the repairs done just before Christmas. They were easy to contact when needed and my car now looks better than it did when I bought it! You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers and they will be my first call should I ever need any work done on my car in the future. Thank you again.

Nova Smash Repair is the best. They are very helpful and always accommodating. Sal is very kind, professional and wonderful. Having a car crash is very stressful but the team at Nova Smash Repair will make sure that everything will be fixed for you and will keep you updated so won’t feel more stressed out. I’m so glad I chose Nova for my job. I chose them because of their good reviews and that they are an RAC repairer. I wanted the surety of good workmanship and minimal hassles. They did not disappoint. Very happy with the smash repair and my car was gleaming. And the loan car was perfect for my needs. I had an issue with my car under-tray after job was completed but it was rectified and resolved right away. Thanks guys

Nova Smash Repairs have been taking care of my family's vehicles for over 20 years. My dad was a car enthusiast (and somehow always in a fender bender), and Sal & the team were always there to help. Their pricing is fair, repairs are prompt, and communication is excellent. Even after my dad passed away, they’ve continued to treat us like family—always welcoming and accommodating. Where can I give 10 stars to them!!!! Truly amazing service, I felt like they were willing to listen my concerns even from the beginning. Barto was willing to listen and explain what they were going to do to my car, he was always so kind an open to answering my questions, even if they seem silly (as my knowledge in cars is zero). Today I got my car back, with the beautiful surprise that they have washed it, polished and vacuumed!!! Wooowww!!! All the team was so welcoming, answering my calls so kindly. I’m truly grateful to find this place. Thank you Barto. Your level of customer service is above and beyond (not sure if he’s the owner but if he’s not, he deserves a raise and a gold star!)
